Extend an exposed pung into a kong.

Concept

Upgrade an open triplet with the fourth tile.

An added kong happens when you already have an open triplet and draw the fourth matching tile from the live wall on your turn.

At that point, you may add that fourth tile to the open triplet and declare Kong. Then you draw a supplement tile.
