Call Kong on a discard when you have the concealed triplet.
A big exposed kong uses another player’s discard to complete four of a kind. You can use the discarded tile from any player to expose a Kong (unlike a Chow).
You need three identical concealed tiles, and another player must discard the fourth. You call Kong, expose all four tiles, and draw a supplement tile from the dead wall.
